Building businesses, not chasing ideas.
I’ve never been interested in ideas that stay on paper. To me, a business is the ultimate form of a solve.
The Philosophy
A business where software meets operations and revenue validates value. I build because I enjoy the rigor of making things work in the real world.
I prefer the clarity of a profit-and-loss statement over the ambiguity of a pitch deck. Success is a system that runs without me.
Execution Over Ideas
Ideas are abundant, but execution is scarce. I spend my time building systems that allow for consistent performance and measurable learning loops.
I value simplicity and reliability. My goal is to remove friction from complex systems, making them easier to manage and scale.
Operational Realism
I am drawn to messy, manual processes that can be improved through better design and automation. Code isn't always the answer.
Whether it's hospitality or logistics, the focus is the same: reduce human error, increase speed, and ensure the business can grow without becoming more complicated.
Personal Note
I live and work in the space between code and reality. When I'm not building, I'm usually reading about systems or trying to simplify my own routines. I believe in doing less, but doing it exceptionally well.
